Plaster Foundation
We conduct thorough assessments to identify the root cause of plaster foundation problems. Using superior materials and proven methods, we execute repairs that are both structurally sound and aesthetically seamless.
The foundation wall is cleaned. Any significant cracks or holes are pre-repaired, and the entire surface is dampened to ensure optimal adhesion for the new plaster.
A bonding agent is applied. The plaster (or parge) coat is then mixed and applied by hand or trowel in a consistent, even layer across the foundation, covering the concrete or block with a fresh, uniform surface.
The surface is smoothed or given a uniform texture as specified. The area is kept damp for proper curing. Once complete, all materials and tools are removed, leaving a clean, upgraded foundation that strengthens and beautifies your home's base.
