We set up secure scaffolding for access. The old, damaged soffit and fascia materials are carefully removed, and the underlying rafters or truss ends are inspected for any wood rot or damage.
New, durable fascia boards are installed first, providing a clean edge for the roofline. Ventilated soffit panels are then fitted and secured, promoting essential attic airflow to protect your roof structure.
A final check ensures all materials are securely fastened and vents are unobstructed. All old materials and packaging are removed from the site, leaving crisp, clean lines that enhance your home's curb appeal.
