Window Flashing
We specialize in the critical detail of window flashing installation and repair. We ensure safe access to the window area. The existing siding or trim around the window is carefully removed or loosened to expose the current flashing and sheathing for inspection.
Old or defective flashing is removed. New, code-compliant flashing tape or metal is installed in the correct order (bottom, sides, top) to create a shingled, water-shedding barrier that integrates with the house wrap.
We perform a thorough visual inspection to ensure a continuous seal. The siding or trim is reinstalled over the new flashing, and the area is cleaned up, securing your window against Utah's moisture.
